    Arbonne's Customer Service Center is hiring 25 exceptional Customer Service Associates to start November 12th! We offer 6 weeks of paid training. As a Customer Service Associate you will be accepting inbound calls, assisting our Consultants and preferred customers with product related questions, offering technical assistance with online orders, returns and payment processing as well as providing an exceptional customer service experience. 

    Hourly Pay: $12.50/hour

    Responsibilities

    Customer Service Responsibilities

    • Researches and responds to questions received on the Field Support queue
    • Inputs and processes orders received into the company computer system
    • Researches and responds to questions concerning shipments and backorders
    • Provides information about company products, specials, marketing programs and business practices.
    • Communicates with Call Center Team Leads when significant issues arise
    • E-mails if on the e-mail team 
    • Ability to perform level one troubleshooting process
    • Process orders and online payments as well as returns
    • Other Duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Customer Service Qualifications

    • All applicants must be able to commit to 6 weeks of training Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
    • After training, shift bids will be offered for 8 hour shifts starting between the hours of 8 AM and 11:15 AM. 
    • 1-2 years previous customer service experience. Inbound call center experience preferred.
    • You will have computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • You will be committed to providing excellent customer service at all times and supporting our clients/consultants in their businesses
    • Bilingual Spanish/English speaking a plus but not required!
    • High school diploma or equivalent
