    This person will possess the keen ability to think on their feet, juggle multiple priorities, and gain the trust of all
    levels of staff within the organization. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support
    to respective departments with various administrative duties.


    • Provide administrative support for executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and other projects as assigned
    • Processing of invoices and purchase order
    • Ordering lunches and planning of events for departments
    • Administration of on boarding and off boarding procedures for departmental staff, including security access requests, job descriptions, recruiting documentation and badge orders
    • Prepare monthly expense reports
    • Build relationships with vendors, departments and offsite staff
    • Order and maintain office supplies for the department
    • Creation of organizational charts for departments
    • Provide backup to front desk reception and other administrative assistants as needed
    • Create agenda materials for meetings
    • Creation of Power Point presentations
    • Project planning and execution


    • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience in fast-paced, service-oriented company
    • Qualified applicants will have experience support multiple leaders
    • Capable of working with limited supervision
    • Must possess the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Strong organizational skills necessary, especially under continually changing conditions
    • Reliability and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    • Administrative skills to include 55 wpm typing, proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio.
