    As Pre-Weigher with Arbonne you will be tasked with the important responsibility of weighing of raw materials used in the manufacture of bulk products. You will bring with you your ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. We are looking for a great team player with an aptitude for speed and accuracy.

     

    This is a first shift position, 5am-1:30pm

     

    Duties will also include assisting compounders by weighing chemicals and preservatives through the use of written formulas and sample gathering. This position will report to the Compounding Manager and Supervisor

    • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
    • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
    • Occasionally will move up to 600 pounds utilizing appropriate equipment.
    • Collects/pulls chemicals/materials needed for formulas
    • Accurately weighs chemicals and preservatives according to procedure of formulas
    • Reviews orders for accuracy and completeness
    • Documents completion of orders
    • Moves chemical/material drums by hand or forklift
    • Maintains working area clean
    • Follows safety regulations
    • Wears protective gear

    Qualifications

    • Forklift Certification/Knowledge is required
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to do conversions (i.e. kilos to pounds, grams to ounces, kilos to gallons) a plus.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as compound formulas, quality control documents, safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Preferred Skills: Knowledge of metric system
