    The Product Marketing Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the Skincare division of the Product Marketing Team, and ensuring Skincare remains the priority to align with corporate goals and priorities.  This includes but is not limited to assisting in the development of product, branding, positioning, and market segmentation within skincare. 


    The Product Marketing Assistant Brand Manager will, with the guidance and direction of leadership, support and ensure all product, communications, promotions, and initiatives align with the brand directive.  In this role you will be a vital team player who supports and takes responsibility for duties related to skincare product launches, product improvement, discontinuations, and product rationalization initiatives.


    Other duties include assisting with the supervision of all elements of marketing plan execution, packaging, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new product launches, and any other elements identified within their respective category of responsibility.


    The Product Marketing Assistant Brand Manager reports directly to the Brand Manager, Skincare. This role will not have any direct reports.



    • Support the Brand Manager with the development of product, branding, positioning, and market segmentation within their category of responsibility. 
    • Support the Brand Manager to ensure all product, communications, promotions, and initiatives are completed in a timely fashion.
    • Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales. 
    • Responsible for product packaging updates and initiatives driven by formula changes, country regulations and other cross category changes.
    • Responsible for following up with cross-functional teams and updating product touchpoints in regards to new launches, long term product lifecycles, and discontinuations.
    • Communicate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Creative, Supply Chain, Field Development and Warehouse Distribution)
    • Clear understanding of category of responsibility, including market trends, competitive activity, category segmentation, consumer usage, and more


    • 1-2 years industry experience preferred with in skincare, beauty or cosmetics
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business, preferred
    • A strong sense of ownership and accountability
    • Strong leadership skills, and positive outlook
    • Strategic thinker
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Microsoft Project
    • MLM industry experience a plus
