  • Overview

    The Payroll Specialist is responsible for compiling payroll data to maintain payroll records.


    • Reviews time sheets and paperwork to make sure the information is correct and consistent with actual hours worked by employees.
    • Makes adjustments and deductions for each employee and manage payroll-related benefits, like vacations and sick days.
    • Assist Accounting in reconciliation of all Payroll related items
    • Assist in Auditing of preview payroll reports prior to transmission.
    • Assist in providing ad-hoc reports from payroll system to HR Generalists
    • Administer all ADP payroll related reports and data loads for all US locations
    • Administer and support Enterprise eTime software and hardware for all US/Canada locations
    • Communicate and interact with all levels of management for all US locations.
    • Assist in internal/external Audits – providing Payroll related data
    • Participate in problem solving and special projects within the HR/Payroll Department.
    • Maintain hardcopy payroll records for all locations
    • Support all employee inquiries for all US locations
    • Other duties may be assigned.


    • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on weekly payroll experience, preferably in a facility with 400+ employees.
    • Working knowledge with ADP.
