This position is responsible for system administration of the Labor Management System – NextView (LMS) as well as auditing, developing and implementing work measurement and standards for all distribution operational areas. You will work closely with all US Distribution management and hourly Associates in development and implementation of work measurement standards and processes to all areas of the operation.
In this role you will tackle the daily administration and management of the LMS as well as all feeds from support systems, i.e., Oracle, ADP, QCS, LightningPick. Deliver ongoing development and refinement of reporting tools, training of all users, and system administration in conjunction with the Labor Management System.
Supports both US DCs Irvine / Greenwood in the administration of the LMS. Administers the long term and day to day operation of the NextView LMS and all feed / support software systems.
