     The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for direct-hire positions.  This includes sourcing candidates to extending offers within Arbonne’s policy and procedures.

     

    Primary Position Responsibilities:

    1. Work closely with hiring managers to determine the requirements of their direct-hire openings and the profile of the ideal candidate.
    2. Identify and utilize effective methods to source candidates.
    3. Thoroughly screen qualified candidates to present to hiring managers (phone and in-person interviews).
    4. Negotiate offers to candidates.
    5. Perform full life-cycle recruitment within the guidelines set forth by Arbonne and in compliance with employment laws and regulation.
    6. Manage vendors to ensure they are working within the process guidelines set forth by Arbonne.
    7. Work closely with Corporate Recruiting Manager to identify areas to improve recruitment process.
    8. Provide back-up to other recruiters (contract or regular) in their absence.

     

    Perform full life-cycle recruitment for assigned reqs.

     

    1. Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and the appropriate interview process (i.e. defining candidate profile, interview team, and job description) and make recommendations on whether or not to extend an offer.
    2. Follow up with everyone on the interviewing team to compile information to present to hiring managers to adequately assess candidates.
    3. Identify and manage vendors to supplement recruitment efforts.
    4. Ensure that candidates are thoroughly screened before presenting to hiring managers with detailed assessments.
    5. Ensure that the hiring process is performed within Arbonne’s policy (i.e. completing background checks and reference checks) and in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    6. Identify and recommend effective procedures, tools and vendors needed to perform job duties.
    7. Manage contract recruiters in manager’s absence when necessary.

    Qualifications

    Work Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
    • Experience working with staffing agencies.
    • Experience working with job boards and online tools (i.e Monster, CareerBuilder, Craigslist).

     

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to negotiate salaries.
    • Ability to coach hiring managers and their interview team on interviewing and hiring practices.
    • Knowledgeable of recruitment tools and practices.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Bachelor degree a plus.
    • Ability to manage hiring managers and vendors and be the point-of-contact for recruitment needs.
