We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Assistant with expertise in supply chain management to join our team.

Your ability to ensure that Arbonne’s internal and external Supply Chain Service providers consistently meet standards as well as monitor, review and recommend inventory requirements, and report findings are critical to the success of Arbonne in Australia. You will also assist with the implementation of projects and processes that are designed to keep the organisation up to date with the latest material and market specific requirements.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with ensuring our service providers are providing consistent, efficient and effective service in line with our defined business goals.
  • Assist in managing & monitoring Arbonne’s supply chain service costs and help ensure they are responsibly controlled and that budgets are achieved.
  • Assist in achieving supply chain service KPIs, both directly related to the requirements of this position and to service providers.
  • Assist in reporting KPI achievement status to key staff on a regular basis with an ongoing goal to analyse and detect methods to improve operational/service performance.
  • Report all developments and issues related to Arbonne’s supply chain service to Management and other designated key staff in a timely manner using appropriate reporting mechanisms.
  • Liaise with key staff in relation to inbound container/airfreight scheduling to ensure smooth and problem free operational requirements.
  • Undertake special assignments/projects as assigned by Arbonne management.
  • Monitoring & reporting of days on hand inventory.
  • Assist with internal orders and maintain effective internal service levels to ensure adequate support for internal stakeholders and directors when required.
  • Assist with the monitoring and report on product expiry and obsolescence levels.
  • Assist with monitoring and assess logistics, warehousing and fulfillment processes and maintain weekly reporting spreadsheets in conjunction with the 3PL.
  • Analyse data and reports to provide insights into the operations of the business.



Your background and experience should include:

  • One or more years of experience in supply chain, operations, project management, process flow and customer support environments ideally within warehouse inventory management, external third-party warehouse management.
  • Oracle systems operating experience a plus
  • Excellent computer skills specifically Excel
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and well organized
  • Ability to extract detailed status information from others as it relates to business operations
  • Good team player
  • Formal education and study of logistics
