Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative – Work At Home


The experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative with the ability to work from home will find the challenge they’re seeking with Arbonne International. You will provide crucial support to our Independent Consultants in helping them build successful businesses by providing accurate, courteous and prompt customer service through emails and phone calls. The scheduled working hours are 10:30am to 7:00pm Eastern Time on weekdays. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Promptly responding to calls and e-mails as distributed by the queue/system
  • Researching and responding to questions presented by Independent Consultants
  • Inputting and processing customer service issues using the company computer system
  • Researching and responding to questions concerning shipments and backorders
  • Providing information about company products, specials, marketing programs and business practices
  • Communicating with Lead and/or Manager when significant issues arise



As our home-based Customer Service Representative in the Toronto area, your mission is to support our Independent Consultants in building their businesses by answering their questions via phone and email. Your background and experience should include:

  • At least 2 years previous high level customer service experience
  • Fully bilingual French/English, both spoken & written
  • Proven ability to work well in both a team environment as well as independently
  • Comfortable with working from home
  • Outstanding computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times and supporting our clients/consultants in their businesses
  • High School Diploma or equivalent job experience, usually 3-5 years
