Responsibilities

  • Manage seasonal incentives based on business needs (i.e. NVP Forum, Area Manager and Regional Vice President trainings)
  • Help support Canadian initiatives (i.e. Asian market)
  • Host monthly English Wellness Wednesday Webinars and quarterly French webinars
  • Manage and coordinate Canadian English and French Learn and Burns
  • Proofread Field Development, Social Media and Event materials
  • Manage French Field Development video trainings
  • Report & track YTD Canadian Sales & Sponsoring
  • Facilitate monthly nationwide Zoom call for all Vice Presidents
  • Report and track monthly National Vice President promotions 
  • Responsible for testing the French My Office application and Web
  • Provide bilingual support to the Events department
  • Attend DAs (Discover Arbonne), CNTC and trainings organized by the home office when and where necessary
  • Maintain understanding of Success plan, Corporate promotions, incentives, website and programs within Arbonne Canada
  • Participate in all weekly Business Development team meetings and calls
  • Attend Car Presentations as needed

 

Qualifications

·     University Degree preferred

·     3 – 5 years’ experience in a related area

·     Team Player with Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·     Attention to detail and results oriented

·     Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat

·     Experience and/or knowledge in Network Marketing or the beauty or health and

wellness industries an asset

·     Must be bilingual French/English
