    Senior Network Engineer


    Arbonne International is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to have overall responsibility for supporting, designing, maintaining, and evaluating our global computer networking and telecommunication systems. Your responsibilities will include:


    • Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
    • Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
    • Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access
    • Installs and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
    • Installs and maintains network hardware and software
    • Analyzes and isolates issues
    • Monitors networks to ensure security and availability to users
    • Evaluates and modifies system's performance
    • Identifies user needs
    • Determines network and system requirements
    • Maintains integrity of the network, and security.
    • Designs and deploys networks
    • Performs network address assignment
    • Assigns routing protocols and routing table configurations
    • Assigns configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services
    • Maintains network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems
    • Administers routers, switches, firewalls, security updates and patches
    • Represents Arbonne in a positive, professional manner when working with both external and internal customers
    • Supports and adheres to Arbonne's Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy
    • Support after normal business hours may be required
    • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor


    Required Skills

    • 4 or more years of relevant IT experience and CCNA/CCNP or comparable network administration certification 
    • Bachelors Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
    • Network Performance Tuning
    • LAN Knowledge
    • Network Design and Implementation
    • Problem Solving
    • Strategic Planning
    • Cisco Switching, Routing, and configuration
    • Cisco Firewall Administration
    • Site-to-Site VPN and MPLS
    • Configuration VLAN and ACL configuration
    • General Information/Network security knowledge
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently with end users


    Desired Skills

    • Fortinet Firewall/UTM experience 
    • Meraki Wireless / SD-WAN experience
