The HR specialist is responsible with the oversight of multiple HR programs/functions in the areas of: benefit and retirement programs, general HR processes, and various other employee and recognition programs.
Duties & Responsibilities/Essential Functions
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
3-5 years of related HR/Benefits experience
Experience with administering and providing specialized support for employee benefits programs
Project Management skills
Solid problem solving skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and proceed with a sense of urgency Superior organizational skills and very detail oriented Ability to build relationships and have a positive attitude This position has access to and knowledge of sensitive, private and confidential materials, therefore ability to maintain the highest standard is required.
