The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for understanding the strategic vision of Arbonne and of the marketing organization, and assisting in the alignment of their respective category and brands to that vision. This includes but is not limited to assisting in the development of product branding, positioning, and market segmentation within their category of responsibility. The Assistant Brand Manager will, with the guidance and direction of their supervisor, be the “Brand Steward” for their category of responsibility and ensure all product, communications, promotions, and initiatives align with the brand directive. The Assistant Brand Manager will be an expert in their category, and will regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales. He/she will be responsible for tracking product launch, product improvement, and product rationalization initiatives and ensure targeted milestones are met on time. The Assistant Brand Manager will also manage, with supervision, all elements of marketing plan execution, including budget tracking, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new product launches, and any other elements identified within their respective category of responsibility.
The Assistant Brand Manager reports directly to a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager to support their area of responsibility, or to the Director of Product Marketing on a secondary or tertiary area of the overall Arbonne portfolio.
