The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for understanding the strategic vision of Arbonne and of the marketing organization, and assisting in the alignment of their respective category and brands to that vision.  This includes but is not limited to assisting in the development of product branding, positioning, and market segmentation within their category of responsibility.  The Assistant Brand Manager will, with the guidance and direction of their supervisor, be the “Brand Steward” for their category of responsibility and ensure all product, communications, promotions, and initiatives align with the brand directive.  The Assistant Brand Manager will be an expert in their category, and will regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales.  He/she will be responsible for tracking product launch, product improvement, and product rationalization initiatives and ensure targeted milestones are met on time.  The Assistant Brand Manager will also manage, with supervision, all elements of marketing plan execution, including budget tracking, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new product launches, and any other elements identified within their respective category of responsibility.


The Assistant Brand Manager reports directly to a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager to support their area of responsibility, or to the Director of Product Marketing on a secondary or tertiary area of the overall Arbonne portfolio. 


  • Expert-level understanding of category of responsibility, including market trends, competitive activity, category segmentation, consumer usage, and more
  • Peer-leadership of a cross-functional team comprised of Corporate Strategy, Product Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehouse Distribution to create alignment and smooth release of products
  • Interaction with internal and external creative agencies to establish and maintain a clear, consistent, and integrated brand position
  • Integration of global requirements as it relates to product launch and marketing plans in category of responsibility
  • Maintenance and sales tracking analysis for existing products, with an eye on product life cycle


  • Minimum 1-3 years marketing experience or Internship
  • Must have solid understanding of marketing strategy and execution
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Impeccable work ethic and an unwavering desire to drive results, achieve success, and continue to grow within the organization
  • Strong leadership skills, and the ability to confidently inspire and encourage cross-functional teams to achieve collaborative success
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, and a hunger for data
  • Big-picture orientation without loss of detail
  • Ability to track budgets, timelines, and sales information confidently and accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and internal product database and sales tracking systems
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field
